Students at MRC can benefit greatly even from something as simple as the presence of another adult. Even if you’re not a musician, we’d love to have you stop by to help run our check-in procedures or help us stay organized. And if you’re musically inclined, even better! There are plenty of opportunities to help our members with songwriting and recording.
Teach
We try to adapt our services to meet the needs of our members, but we need help if we’re going to be able to respond to every instrument that a member may have an interest in. No matter what your instrument of choice may be, if you’re willing to help teach, we’d certainly like to keep your number handy so that we’re ready when a potential student does show up.
Donate
Despite our slim budget, we want to give our kids the most fulfilling music-making experience possible. Any old instruments, amplifiers, or other musical equipment you may have would definitely be put to very good use at the MRC.
We are always on the lookout for any gear we can find – mics, cables, stands, strings, processors, speakers…if sound can come from it, pass through it, or come out of it, we’d love to have it.
As a non-profit organization, we will be able to provide the documentation needed to make your donation tax deductible!
Please call 513-544-8422 if you have anything that you’d like to give.
You can also mail your donation to: Music Resource Center - Cincinnati, PO Box 44253, Cincinnati, OH 45244 or make an on-line donation by clicking the link below.
